Responsibility:
+ Sum up the employment needs of all departments according to the human resources plan and talent plan of the company.
+ Organize to carry out various employee recruitments, selections, evaluations and allocations and assist in handling relevant employment formalities.
+ Select, expand & re-evaluate recording channels based on function levels & organization needs.
+ Provide regular states report & general information about hiring trends as information support for decision-making by the company leaders.
+ Analyze the training needs of the employees from all departments according to the requirements of the company development and business system, develop training plan and budget, organize to implement training activities, audit the use of the training funds, analyze and assess training effects and establish a training file.
+ Organize to carry out the employee career development channel construction and management, and provide the career life planning and development guide to the employees.
+ Optimize design, management and optimize organization structure according to the company strategies and business development needs, optimize and perfect continuously such work as departmental duties, post fixing, manning, personnel allocation, etc.
+ Organize work analyses for all posts, develop position descriptions according to the post management methods and have them maintained and applied.
+ Assure that all publications are in line with the company’s standard.
+ Assure that the used media and communication channels are continuously evaluated and improved.
+ Accompany, support and realize CSR projects.
+ Assure that all actions are within the yearly budget of the three fields of responsibility.
+ Continuously monitor expenses and identify possible room for cost reduction.
+ Carry out the role mapping and allocate the department’s tasks to suitable subordinates.
+ Define and continue to optimize the internal working process for HR Operations.
+ Offer training and give regular performance reviews for all subordinates.
+ Give guidance and support to subordinates.
+ Hold internal meetings on a weekly basis and review the weekly working plan.
+ Have knowledge of difficulties in daily work, coordinate and assist team members to analyze and solve issues, make daily work run smoothly.
+ Support the Head of CH & Admin in daily work and project-wise to steadily improve the whole department’s performance.
+ Act as the deputy and represent head of department in case of absence.

Request:
+ Undergraduate or above, major in HR, Psychology, Business Studies, Economics or related fields.
+ Strong organization and coordination ability, solid leadership skills.
+ High sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm.
+ Psychological thinking and knowledge of human nature.
+ Sensitivity to figures and costs, business oriented thinking.
+ Familiar with labor laws and regulations as well as related knowledge.
+ Communicative, self-disciplined, accurate, stress-resistant.
+ Familiar with the dynamics of the auto industry.
+ Native German speaker with fluent English is preferred.
+ > 5 years of work experience in human resources management, ideally in the automobile industry.
+ 3 years of work experience leadership and management.
+ Skillful applying office and management software such as MS Office, SAP, etc.
